HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?

As soon as possible! Since we are mostly a weekend business, we book fast. Please contact us as soon as you know your date so that we can help you create lifelong memories for your kiddos!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AND TAKE DOWN A PARTY?

It can take anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. Prior to your party, one of our team members will schedule a time a few hours before your party and a few hours after your party to pick up rental equipment.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE MY PARTY?

We get it, things happen. If you need to postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your event to another day that will work. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of another party.

  

WHAT IF THE GUEST OF HONOR BECOMES ILL?

We will gladly work with you to choose an alternative date for your party. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of another party. 

 

PETS AND SMOKE-FREE REQUIREMENTS.

We ask that no pets are in or directly around the party setup area.

All parties MUST be set up in a smoke-free environment.

If the teepee tents and accessories are soiled with the smell of smoke the hirer will be charged a cleaning fee.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE.

All tomato based food, pasta, greasy or messy foods are not to be served on bed linens in order to keep them from being stained.

Only light snacks may be eaten inside the teepees (ie popcorn,chips).

All beverages should be light coloured (no cola products).


DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit to secure your booking.

 

HOW DO I MAKE THE DEPOSIT?

Currently, we accept PayPal or Direct Deposit.

 

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE PARTY ITEMS?

As parents, we take the cleanliness of our teepee tents and accessories very seriously. All teepee tents and inflatable mattresses are steam sanitized and spot cleaned after each party.

  

All blankets and bed sheets are washed in fragrance free detergents after each party.

If your child has an allergy and you require a special detergent/cleaning procedure, please let us know and we will do our best to facilitate your request.

 

WHAT SHOULD THE CHILDREN WEAR?

We recommend your kids wear their favorite pajamas or comfortable clothes.
